Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We ship as quickly as possible. Most orders (99%) are mailed within 24 hours. Some orders may take an 24-48 hours. We offer USPS First Class Shipping (2 to 5 business days), Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days) and Express Mail (1 to 2 business days) shipping options. Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number where you can track your package at www.usps.com.

Q: How much does Shipping Cost?
A: We offer Shipping based on weight or we also have flat rate options. Weight based shipping varies in cost. Below is a chart of flat rate options.

First Class Mail varies, but is approximately $4.00

Small FLAT RATE SHIPPING is approximately $6.00

Medium Flat Rate Box Is approximately $11.20

All packages can be tracked at www.usps.com

International Shipping:

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES or DUTIES!

We only ship international packages Monday through Friday as they have to be directly handed to a USPS employee.

Q: What payments do you accept?
A: We take all major credit cards, debit cards and payments made through Google Checkout or Paypal. We also accept Checks or Money Orders. When paying with a Check or Money order please send your order and payment to:

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes, we do ship International. We use USPS Priority or Express International. It includes insurance. You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped. International packages are only mailed Monday through Friday. Packages can take anywhere from 4 business days to 10 business days. If a package is stuck in customs it can take up to 2 months. DUTIES OR CUSTOM FEES are the buyers responsibility. If your package is ever lost, stolen or damaged we do our best to get a replacement out as fast as possible, but our insurance company will not let us submit a claim until 30 days from the date of purchase. Most packages have been known to show up in the 30 day period. 

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: All sales are final due to health concerns. Please ask questions before purchasing. We offer samples to allow you to try our products and make sure that they work with your skin type before buying a full size.


Q: What do I do if my airless pump doesn't work?
A: During shipping the product in our airless bottles can shift. Our bottles are specially designed to be airless, they do not use a tube and the product is pushed up from the bottom. Please do not open the bottles as this can cause the pumps not to work.
To redistribute the product evenly, follow these simple steps to get it working. Place a towel on a hard surface. Make sure the lid is on tight. Tap the bottle down firmly onto the towel, repeat at least 10 times. Now begin to pump.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Idaho residents are charged a 6% sales tax.

Q: What is your Privacy Policy?
A: Skin Perfection will never sell or share your information with anyone or company.

Q: Why do you use Airless Bottles for Packaging?
A: Serums, moisturizers, hydrators and other products are in airless containers. Airless containers help keep bacteria and fingers out of the bottle which can contaminate them. Only press a tiny bit! You do not need more than a pea size! The pumps sometimes need a bit of pumping to get them started. You may need to pump for a minute or 2.

Q: Do you offer Samples?
A: YES! Please try the samples first to ensure the products work well with your skin type. Please visit our samples page to purchase samples.

Q: How long do the products last?
A: Our products have a shelf life of 8+ months. Please store products in a dark cabinet. Bottles should be used within 1 to 2 months of purchase, if you plan not to use them in that time place them in the fridge to prolong their life. For long term storage, keep in the refrigerator. If your product is exposed to heat, put it in the refrigerator overnight and shake well.

Q: What should I do if my product seperates?
A: Separation of products can occur. If this happens, shake well or tap it a few times and place it in the fridge overnight. If any discoloration appears through it away.

Q: What Preservatives do you use?
A: No Parabens! A preservative must be used to keep the product safe from harboring bacteria. Willow Bark, Vitamin E, Antioxidants, Rosemary and Neem to preserve the products. Many products are preserved with vitamin E and organic extracts such as Willowbark. Tinosan SDC which is Citric Acid and Silver Citrate, is also used. We are now offering Neo Defense or Geo Gard in some of our products, it is Gluconate and Sodium Benzoate. Preservatives are safety tested. Small packages ensure you get the freshest products!
